I am a Registered General Nurse for almost 27 years now.
I started my training in the old Adelaide Hospital in Peters street , Dublin 2 in September 1995.

I qualified in September 1998, and at this stage the hospital had moved to what is known now as Tallaght University Hospital. I worked in various wards throughout my 25 years there , working my last 15 years in pre assessment clinic, screening patients for their fitness for a general anaesthetic. (One of the roles of this screening was blood taking/ phlebotomy numerous times a day. ) 

I also worked part time in various health screening clinics in Dublin namely The Well in the Beacon clinic and ClP health care as a occupational nurse .

In August 2022 I left TUH to pursue a new adventure in my life and became a SNA in my local Educate Together National School. I adore this new chapter, but continue my first love of nursing by working part time in a GP out of hours service in Tallaght, keeping up my nursing skills .

Having had a long complex fertility journey myself, I have a very keen interest still in this area and would love to help other couples reach their family dreams.

I am only too aware as to how important Blood tests and specific blood tests including Reproductive Immunology Testing can be a major part of helping couples, women achive their dreams to become parents.

I am super excited to be working with Caoimhe in her clinic , as without her help and advise I would not have my two babies...now 15 years old and 5 years old!!
